Decided to have a budgeted lunch today.
However, the temptation of Japanese food clouded our rational mind AGAIN.

Oh well, japanese food super healthy compared to so many other cuisines...
Today's meal taste a lil fusion though... but thumbs ups for Igen Dining! Tasty!

Weather's TERRIBLE! Was sweating all the way from my place to Suntec.
Its HORRIBLE.
I hate the scorching sun. Neither do i like thunderstorm.
I like it when its getting windy with the fresh smell of approaching rain, and it stays like that for the whole day (which never happens recently...)
Autumn suits me best i guess... so not a summer or winter person...

Got to eat my waffle cone Cherry Gracia this afternoon! Yea!

Decided to go to Esplande for some tea, perhaps at Chocz...
We did had tea..... and sushi at Ichiban.... haha


oh ya. Bought my camomile tea bags today.
(The brand which many cafes use and its GOOD!)
1 packet contains 25 tea bags costing at only $4.60 at Carrefour.
In cafes, one pot of camomile (which is 1 tea bag) cost $5.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes, its a wonder how something so simple can bring so much pleasure.
A few hours together, a meal together, talking bout then, now and whats next...
Guess this is what we need to take a break away from the busy urban life.



Chicken rice meal at the interchange yesterday bought back so much memories!
OH! How we rush to the place after our weekly swimming sessions and the days back in secondary school, dragging our bags and EMPTY stomach... haha

And of course, this is definitely not our lucky period cos after every happy thing, some one or some thing hafta come and dampen your mood.

FIANLLY, had a long peaceful breakfast at home. Every morning I had to rush to work and my breakfast always ended up eating in the office. Its really one of the lil pleasures in life to slowly indugle in your breakfast together with a good book and hot hot chinese tea. Better still, if your partner is around =)

Was raining like mad in the afternoon when gie decided to come over.
And as expected, she's stuck in the rain. haha....
There is totally NO WORDS to describe today's rain. Its like the strongest i've ever ever encounter in my life!!!!! When i was crossing the road, i totally can't see the incoming traffic! Crossing the road with the frosty wind almost sweeping you off and thundering sky was like stepping into a huge blind grey canvas of maddness!!! Every step i took, my whole foot actually sinks into the water. WOW. What an experience.
I'm actually quite terrified. haha

Well, since angie came over, there goes the usual routine of playing with toby first. To reward Toby for surviving the terrible unspeakable ordeal, he's rewarded with RED BEAN ICE CREAM! Or rather, he rewarded himself with angie's ice cream. haha

Budgeted sunday!
Went to Sushi Don for the one-for-one promotion!
Figured that since Cream Bistro and SUshi Don is sorta same copmpany, their food is the same.
Which means, homely tasty goodness!
Sushi's on one-for-one also. 2 handrolls n 2 digusting raw fish sushi. haha...i ordered wrongly luckily i dun hafta eat that... I can't eat raw food . Or rather i'm scared of raw food. haha

Went to the art meusem cos thought there's some special exhibit of photography.
Ended up was disappointed. Its portrait photography.
Once again, was more interested in the architecture then the paintings.
But it sorta loses its charm on me today.

Cafe's there good too. Totally EMPTY and posh looking.
Posh looking. Thats why its emphty i guess. People got intimidated and head for the farmilar DOM instead. haha... Expensive? They are SO SO wrong. haha....
